State Governor Anthony Charles sister gets abducted against her will by vampire master Omar Elliot in the middle of the midnight hour. He then sends local law enforcement out to rescue his sister. However, the vampire slaughters them all with out any hesitation. The Governor as a last resort decides to hire infamous expert hunter "Zell", he is half human & half vampire.
